I have been an attorney in the State of Utah since 1990 and affiliated with ADL since 2003, focusing on aspects of criminal law, family law, business formation, and estate planning. After working in the Utah Attorney General's Office - Criminal Appeals Section, I served our Government as a Special Agent and Counsel with the FBI. I then opened my mediation and law practice in Northern Utah specializing in business and family dispute resolution. For the last four years, I have been a university professor teaching courses in life skills, criminal procedure and evidence.
